I was there for over an hour just trying to get a 12 cent copy made. The lady who does the cpying and printing was tied up with the SAME customer THE.WHOLE.TIME.I.WAS.THERE!!!! the other goofballs that worked there told me..."WE DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE SELF COPYING MACHINE AND CANT EVEN TRY TO HELP U". i will never go back to this place again. Very unprofessional. Im.only giving one star because i cant give ZERO.

They used to offer $3.00 credit for every returned empty ink cartridge and that credit was usable immediately. Then they changed the credit to $2.00 for an empty cartridge. Now they will not give you the credit until the next month where they email you the credit but only IF you make another purchase during that month. If you don't make another purchase you forfeit your $2.00 credit for each cartridge. What an outrageous policy. They get to keep all your empty cartridges but you don't get anything if you don't make another purchase. This policy is so outrageous that I didn't believe the person that told me so I called and was told the same story. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they confirmed that this is indeed their policy. Goodbye Office Max.

Absolutely awful customer service. Employees are not helpful whatsoever. Will drive to a beat buy from now on.
