Office Depot

Very good assortment of all office supplies, including display adapters galore for all your different PC monitor needs! Decent options for office chairs(plus a nice, simple "gaming" office chair) and both plastic and bamboo chair mats. Variety of quality desks and organizational products, as well as an isle and end cap of administrative papers needed for running a business. Store was clean, no odd smells, staff was friendly, and everything was organized, priced fairly and easy to find.

I wanted jumbo paper clips and they were out. I expect to find normal office supplies at an office supply store. They had a particular gel pen on sale and it rang up at full price. I questioned the price and the girl didn't even attempt to check. I told her I didn't want them and she just shrugged, said ok, and tossed them in a return box. I went to Staples, found the pens on sale...a real sale, paper clips, and they CHEERFULLY price matched a telephone. It's no wonder Office Depot always looks like ghost town. Incorrect sale signs and poor customer service. I don't know how they pay the light bill.

Good products, not always in stock but they will get it in quickly. Awesome binding and copy services.

Nice and clean store however the employees weren't very professional. I ordered 2 desks online. Got an email for one of them saying it was the ready for pickup and then another saying the 2nd desk order could not be fulfilled and to call for questions. I was fine with that. When I got there I walked over to the pickup desk and told them I was there to pickup. The woman said okay and went to the back to get the desk. Took about 10 minutes to get it to the front even though the email said they had my order ready. Then I asked about the second desk and they said it was broken. I said okay no big deal we can come back when you get another in stock. She told me to call back in a day or so to check so I went on my way. Well the next morning I looked online and it showed they had one of the desks I wanted in stock. I went ahead and ordered it and even got an email saying it was ready for pickup. I was happy and headed to the store. I headed to the pickup desk and the same manager was there. She said "Oh that desk you ordered is broken. Remember? I told you to call first." This was frustrating because they sent me an email saying it was ready for pickup. I had to waste gas and time to drive over there because they didn't update their inventory and they sent me an email saying it was ready. Horrible experience. I won't be coming back here.

The prices seemed high compared to Staples. We looked at several specific things, and then went to Staples and it was cheaper. The staff here was very helpful and nice. They asked us often if we needed help finding something.
