Walked in. Bought ink. Now broke. Not officemax's fault. They were fine.

I uploaded files online and when I arrived to pick them up they were all incorrect. The example on the cover page was right, just not what they printed. They couldn't reprint them for me because the printer is down. Manager Lynn spoke to me and apologized but never even offered a discount or refund. Now I have to wait to pick them up when the printer is fixed. The prints are for a birthday party and I still have tons of work once I receive the correct ones.
