Office Depot

I try not to go into office supply stores unless absolutely necessary because I always seem to get pounced upon by cell phone salesman or hounded about rewards programs. That being said, the Office Depot in Liberty was a completely different experience for me. I did get approached by an associate to see if I needed any help as I wandered around talking to my wife on the phone but he did his best to minimize interrupting my conversation and seemed genuine in his desire to check on me. My cashier was friendly, conversational and pleasant. In fact, he brought up the rewards program without resorting to a robotic, preprogrammed sales line. That was refreshing and I almost signed up just because of that! He mentioned how much he loved his Google Home Mini that I had decided to purchase at the last minute while waiting in line. (My wife will surely not be happy about a $50 impulse buy but that is a different matter entirely) All in all, I walked out feeling great about my experience and I am positive I will return again. Highly recommend this location! Clean, professional and respectful.

Nick and Courtney are rock stars! Vistaprint dropped the ball on our company banner that we ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE for the home show. Nick and Courtney had a new banner designed and printed in less than an hour! They actually even had to recreate our logo! Thanks a bunch! You saved us!

Went to the liberty office depot to get screen repair. At first they said it would take an hour. After the hour had gone by we got back and they said that the screen was default. So they tried another and it didn't work either. they would ship it off to their facility to fix it and that it would be back by thursday of the same week. It is now wednesday of the following week, and still havent recieved my phone.

A coworker of mine went to fax, just fax nothing else. She faxed 25 pages at a machine where nothing like a charge per page was even posted. After the fax she walked up to the register to pay and the charge was $38.50!!!! 25 pages!!!. Then after the first supervisor was called he called the store manager and the man couldn't be anymore insufferable and ridiculously rude about it. She didn't have that much money. She would have paid the $28 she did have and offered to pay the rest on Tuesday when she got paid. The manager Josh wouldn't have any of it and got in her face and started yelling that it was "THEFT!!" She tried to tell him that if she would have known how much it cost she wouldn't have used it. He just yelled rudely making a huge scene where everyone was looking and said "we have your picture and you are banned from any Office Depot of office max in the world" She even called later to apologize and see if he calmed down and express how she didn't appreciate the way he acted and was still willing to pay the charge on Tuesday. She explained to him that she is a disabled combat Vet and he said, on recording, that he didn't care if she was a Veteran disabled or not. I would never ever go to that office depot unless that idiot manager Josh was fired!!!

What horrendous service! Both the front line cashier and the supervisor, "Josh". I had a 10 dollar pack of pens that I could not find the receipt for. Instead of returning it as the website (and their own customer service) says they can do - instead they were rude and give me a 1800 number to call to try and possibly find my receipt. For $10 they're willing to lose a customer that spends large sums of money at their store each year. WOW! If it was only a policy issue I disagreed with, I would not leave a negative review, but the smugness and horrible service was truly unacceptable. These stores wonder why they are losing market share to Amazon?
