Office Depot

The worst! I wanted to get my phone screen repaired. First I called—I was bounced around 3 times and put on hold. It was 8 minutes before I spoke to someone who could help. Next, I went to the store to drop the phone off (same day). I had to go to the front to ask for help twice because, even though they radioed, no one met me at the tech depot. Next, the person who ended up helping had no idea what he was doing. He was nice, but I find out he is the manager. He doesn’t know how to ring my charge up, how to intake the phone, etc. 20 minutes later, I finally leave—thinking everything is set. The next day, I receive a phone call from the tech depot guy saying he can’t fix my phone because he doesn’t have the part 😳 so I have to drive back to Office Depot to pick up my phone and the refund will take a few days to return on my card. In the meantime—no phone. NOT HAPPY.

This location is not the best. I've been twice. The first time I waited 30 minutes for a single price of paper to be printed and the employees were passive aggressive. Now I just tried to get a single piece of paper printed and they tell me that they are only accepting orders that will be ready in 4-5 hours! For a single peice of paper printed. Not coming back.

I always find what I need and more. The store is neat and bright. The young lady at the cash register was friendly and polite.

The store was under staffed, the copy and print lady was rude, and management was not much help either. They need to hire more people to work if they struggle that much.
