Office Depot

I stopped in to have a small set of pages bound together (18 total). After waiting a bit, we discussed what binding to go with and then the lady working told me she had a couple other jobs to do and that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until tomorrow. I have bound similar items before myself and have taken other items in as well to Staples. I know this job would have taken only 2 minutes. I walked out and will simply drive further to take my business elsewhere. This isn't the first time I've experienced slow service at an Office Depot.

Slow slow slow. Had to wait in two different lines to just ask in which aisle a particular item was located. Online search indicated several in stock. Yet, once I could finally ask, was told it's not available at the store. Generally, shopping here is a good, helpful, reasonably speedy experience. This time, utterly annoying.

Accommodating, willing to assist me in looking for a new printer, provided credit on unused ink tanks, very personable.

The remodel looks pretty cool but feels unfinished. For example there are no signs to the bathroom and you have to walk through a storage area to get there. But the new employees are much nicer than the former ones and the product selection seems much broader.
