Office Depot

Rude, and unprofessional "sales"person, and manager - not to mention clueless. Informed that a service/task that I have performed REGULARLY for the past 3 years was against Office Depot policy - and ALWAYS HAS BEEN - delivered in a sullen tone, with a blank stare, while implying that I was basically lying. Even while the customer in line next to me agreed that he had always done the same thing. People would stand in line to perform the same task. Now, I am forced to find an alternate resource at the last minute before an important meeting. I promise it won't be at Office Depot. Really professional... whoever is "in charge" of this store is not a business genius.

I loved my visit at Office Depot I love their computers and I would love to have one they have a lot of pencils pens papers anything you need and at reasonable rates... the customer service was excellent

Since mgr changed stores gone downhill. Signs posted in computer section that they will not honor.( sorry - short of staff we just have not have time to change signage) Tried to exchange something that broke. They did not have - would not refund without ORIGINAL BOX even with receipt. Who keeps boxes for 60-90 days

It was better when Office Depot and OfficeMax were competing more selection and better customer service
