Staples

Would be 1 star but this review is for Staples in general. I ordered a calculator to be shipped to pick up in store. It was supposed to be there on friday, but wasn't. I called monday, still not there. After being on the phone with staples for like 20 minutes I find out that I have a missed call from them where they wanted to confirm with me the address I'm getting it shipped to and my email. To me this makes no sense since when you order an item online you select which store you're picking it up in and enter your email and other info. Secondly I received an email confirmation about my order being processed to this staples store. So the address and email they wanted to confirm were 100% correct, why did they not just follow the information that was stated at the time I placed the order, why on earth would they need to call me to confirm??? So then on that phone call I literally had to say, "yeah the store and email are correct" and the lady finally had my calculator processed to be sent. :/

The manager was snide and without any telling signs of caring that I was spending money for his horrible haircut and stash. The prices did not translate to what was shown on ads nor were the internet specials. I will not go back again. I'm going to close my business with their last staple.

The folks at this location are nice & seem knowledgeable of their products & rewards program. The rewards program is really designed for offices vs individuals. Pretty worthless unless you go through a whole bunch of office supplies in a 6 month period.

Rashin was very helpful from the time that we entered the store and tell he personally escorted us to the objects we sought. The manager assisted and looking at an item that was in the back and locked up. Very helpful people

Great deals. No one bugged me but personnel were close by if I had a question.
