Office Max in Washington was great I was sent in there with a picture on my phone from the wife to get a certain kind of paper for the computer needless to say when I got in there I couldn't find the picture and you were on my phone but I just kind of briefly describes what she needed and they brought me right to it and even found me a better deal than what I went there for online anyways the whole way home I was sweating cuz I didn't really know if it was the one for sure that the wife said I must get that one but relief student came when I got home and she goes that's perfect so thank you Office Max for knowing your products with very minimum detail provided by the customer

I used the print shop, everything was done correctly. Mark took care of me at the counter and knew exactly where other items were in the store. Made my visit quick and enjoyable. Thanks

This is for FedEx. I requested and made a shipping label on your website and put in the weight and dimensions of my package, and the website clearly said it would only be $61. I thought that was great since the USPS wanted to charge me $200. I have just noticed that you decided to charge me more than double that at $138 because the package was big. Yes, it was a big package, but this is just outrageous. Avoid shipping here unless shipping small items.

Went to Office Max today and, as usual, the store was not busy which I love. The people are friendly and so helpful. They really do know where everything is! It is a great place for office supplies.
