I was having comfort problems with a Serta chair and low and behold "Alex" (A senior sales consultant explained my plight to"Gregg" the manager. They had me bring the defective chair and my receipt into the store and happily exchanged it for a different model. These two gentleman handled the situation promptly, professionally and leaving me to feel like my business was very important to them and the company. I highly recommend this store for all your needs and congratulate Office Depot/Office Max for employing such fine knowledgeable gentlemen! They're surely a credit to your company. They have earned my continued business . Thank You!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful as was the associate in the print and copy center. A pleasure doing business with them.

Thankful they're there. The first place to go to get the essential things we need for school. They had the binders we couldn't find anywhere else. My kids are hard on them and we end up getting another binder mid school year. They offered, for a handful of change, a warranty to replace the binder if it breaks. Awesome!
