Just want to comment on one of your employees that was working last Saturday. I normally do a fair amount of printing at this location and rarely come in on the weekends. I have always been pleased and satisfied with service I receive during the week. I was there trying to print some photos and was having some difficulties. Asked for help at the print center, but they were unable to resolve the problem. I decided just to go home and work on the problem myself. As I was checking out, your employee Phil ask if I had gotten everything I needed. I casually mention the problem I was having printing problems and he thought he could fix it if I could wait a few minutes. Low and behold he was able to resolve the problem and saved me a trip home snd back again. Congratulations on having such a thoughtful employee who was able to solve my problem. The girl behind the printing counter with blonde hair is a rockstar. VERY helpful and efficient. She helped me quickly while trying to check out a line of 10 plus people. I saw a male associate with glasses and long hair and asked him if there was another register open where I could check out hinting to him that she's obviously drowning behind the counter and someone should help her. He says to me....."not at this time" as he casually walked to the back of the store. While I'm in line waiting he is making his was back to the front of the store picking through a cart of products. I'm sure he was doing his job, but speaking as a current retail worker ...the customers should be priority over merchandise. And to be clear, there was another register that was open that he could have checked the super long line out at. The rockstar associate at printing actually went straight to register 1 after a different worker came to her aid and helped check out more customers while Mr. long hair was standing right next to register 1still picking through his cart. I hope he's not management. I'd give Ms Rockstar 5 stars and Mr. Long hair 0 stars.

This is one of few locations that remain in my area, and they do a decent job at maintaining it. They keep their stock full and the selection of products wide. They always seem to have good clearance sales and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The aisles are well marked. I have found it easy to find what I'm looking for quickly.

This store is just ok. Customer service used to be pretty impressive but just ok now. For the most part I'd rather shop elsewhere but they do have a decent selection of paper.
