Excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things. I went to OfficeMax today with my son to grab a few things for work. While walking around the store I took a phone call and my two-year-old son left his toy schoolbus somewhere in the store. Needless to say I was on the phone while walking around behind him and did not notice where that was. When I was checking out, I told Chuck and his team that I had left it and asked that if someone by chance found it to please let me know. I had no expectation that this will be found. He could've left it absolutely anywhere, hidden behind anything. I figured I might hear from them a few days. I wasn't out of the parking lot before I received a phone call from Chuck saying that already found it. That made my day and certainly made my sons day.The second we have gotten back in the car he started saying "bus, bus, bus.Needless to say,say the folks at OfficeMax went above and beyond today I appreciate it a great deal. And figured that everyone needed to know. Thanks again guys!
