When it comes to customer service, OfficeMax can't be beat! The staff is incredibly welcoming and management is amazing. It's obvious that they create goals for themselves and man do they do a great job achieving those goals. Everything there is so neat and organized and I would recommend it to anyone for anything including back to school supplies to just buying a laptop. On top of the amazing customer service, they are willing to price match anyone, even Amazon! No more long shipping times for me!

THE worst customer service ever. No one answered the emails,  when an order was late no one notified, very disappointing

Decent employees.  Very disappointed they are out of several of the TurboTax programs and it is only January 10th. Poor planning.
