After 2 hours there trying to send a package using their FedEx service, I can say with confidence I won’t be returning to this location. The assistant manager that was there the evening of October 10 was just down right useless. My husband was literally troubleshooting their printer issue because that manager didn’t do anything to help. Instead he walked away. Store manager Ricky at this location was our only saving grace. After I asked for his help personally, we finally were able to get our issue resolved. Just so disappointed in the time I wasted there not getting a resolution from the associate or assistant manager. There was absolutely no effort from them. Again thanks to the store manager for taking care of us.

They wouldn't give me a rain check because it was the last day of the sale. What difference does it make if it's the last day or the first? At least staples will give you a rain check. I'll never shop at office max again.

Adam in tech support got me a great product, factory reset and good price for a quick turn around. The product was reliable and trustworthy for the price. Adam answered all of my questions as well to gift a colleague in another country.
