Ohio Basement Authority

We called Ohio Basement Authority after noticing some growing wall/ceiling cracks and reading many online reviews. I was impressed with their quick communication and the ease of scheduling an appointment. Jordan came out for an inspection and was excellent at communicating even texting to ask if he could arrive early, if it suited us. On site, he was kind and listened, was thorough in looking at our concerns, and ultimately shared that he felt the cracks were cosmetic and not structural.... I suppose I'm impressed with any company that will drive over an hour to evaluate an issue in person and then not try to sell on unnecessary services. Jordan even gave us advice on what to look for when we make repairs in the future. I will absolutely consider this company if we do have foundation issues.
