If I could give them 10 stars I would. We were so happy to have found Rogers Basement Waterproofing after interviewing and receiving quotes from several basement and drainage companies to try to address the moisture issues we were having in our basement. We found Rogers online, they had positive Google reviews, and it looked like a small business, rather than a large chain. Nick came to our house and gave us a reasonable quote without ever being pushy or sales-y, which was a huge improvement from the chain basement companies who tried to bully us into signing up with them immediately. Nick told us that it was a family business and his dad worked on basements before him and now he does as well. He'd be there in person with the crew for our job. Nicole called us to confirm when it got closer to the appointment date and was also very nice and helpful. The whole crew was perfectly on time, courteous and clean. They dug a drain for us, reinforced our walls with steel beams, and sealed them, all in about 2 days. We couldn't be happier with the work and it's a huge relief off our shoulders to have this issue resolved now.

My experience with Roger's Basement Waterproofing was excellent. Nick came out and gave an estimate on the work needed to be done to waterproof my basement. He was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. He also put me at ease right away wih the work needed and the cost. I so appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful he was.
