Ohio Mulch - Westerville

Can't seem to deliver my order that I paid for. Managers phones either have no voice mail or voice mail is full. Can't get an answer as to why my paid in full order continues to not get delivered. Finally had enough and wanted to cancel and was told I could not cancel. I did get my money back and will not go here again.

So I ordered mulch and gravel from Ohio Mulch they had a special free delivery on any order over $200. Very good deal I have used them before had no problems but being a day late with the delivery but that is kind of normal these days no big deal. I got delivery on Tuesday 08/30 the bag mulch was easy to put out no problem then I go to the bagged gravel pallet and find out they sent me a "super sack" of gravel instead of bags. Well I sent them a email telling them my problem they wrote back that they had called me and I had approved the substitution . It was kind of strange since I didn't get a call from them so I sent them another email explaining the situation. I didn't get a response from them till Friday saying that they were getting the district manager involved. I kind of got sick of waiting around for them so I had called my credit card company early Friday morning and filled a dispute. At this point I was getting sick of it I decided hey loose gravel is a pain but I can work with it. So I sent them a email telling them to either pick it up or give me the price difference between bag and bulk . Well they sent me a email back saying that there was no difference between bag and bulk in price. I sent them a email back saying that they must think I'm stupid, I'm letting the credit card company handle it lesson learned just wanted to share.

Been here a few times this week and dumped multiple times trailer acted up the employee here help me hand unload my trailer ham would not accept anything from me in return I recommend this place 100% especially this location Dublin Granville Road the employee's name is Craig he is an older gentleman he's one hell of a guy I can't stress enough how much he helped me

I ordered mulch to be delivered to my home. Ohio Mulch delivered half of the shipment to the wrong address. They will not return my phone calls and will not attempt to move the mulch to the correct location. My only option is to report illegal dumping to the city.

Disappointment was palpable. I ordered 11 yards of mulch online from their Spring Sale. I picked a date that was available from the delivery calendar. Yes there was a fine print disclaimer that states they can not guarantee delivery on the day you pick due to weather and/or logistical reasons. Needless to say, on a sunny, perfect weather Friday, no mulch. After a call and email to find out when it might be delivered, I was assured I was on the day's schedule. Mulch finally came on Saturday afternoon, in the rain. My response from the Company? "I recommend you pick a date 2 days before you need it". Probably should make that known on your website. Had I known that, I would have adjusted my delivery date. Asked for consideration of a small discount for the trouble, even a future order....nothing. Last time I give a healthy tip to a driver, likely last time doing business. I'll get my other 11 yards to complete project from somewhere else.

I ordered mulch to be delivered on a Monday, 5 phone calls and 2 weeks later, I finally got my mulch when I demanded a refund. I wouldn't be rating one star if that was all it was. I understand that accidents can happen but the mulch is some of the worst mulch I've ever had. It's filled with plastic trash. Literal trash! I've had to spend at least an hour just picking trash out of the mulch I've put in the garden. Highly recommend against going here for mulch

This past year we got soil from a few different places and bought them in bulk. This was the best gardening soil we had gotten this year by far. Their soil was moist, dense and rich. I highly recommend going to Ohio mulch over going to Kurtz brothers any day.

Went here to pick up top soil. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Then proceeded to load up my truck with top soil and no one out in the yard wanted to help. The guys name is Jeff. He said to my face that he does not want to help. Do not spend your money here. Pay the extra snd go to Lowes.

Nessa is a wonderful person who does an excellent job running the Westerville location. She is polite when answering problems and expertly helps customers out in the yard. Would definitely recommend the Westerville Rd. location of Ohio Mulch!

I ordered 5 yds of mulch to be delivered while I was at work. I have extensive experience landscaping and estimating. The pile of mulch in my driveway looked to be about 2.5 to 3 yds at best. The mulch covered just over half of what I needed as it was about half short. I reached out to Ohio Mulch. A supervisor was supposed to call or stop by to see the mulch. No one called or stopped by so I spread the mulch. I had to call back the following day. A supervisor told me there wasn't any video of the mulch being loaded in this particular case but that the driver was "certified" to measure mulch. There is no mulch measuring certification. Essentially the response was "too bad for you" and Ohio Mulch made zero effort to correct the shortage. The competition has earned my future business.
