Going to a doctors office for issues is never fun. Im 35, haven't been to 1 in 20 years, scheduled an appointment with Jay. He was understanding and listened to what i had to say. Hes a super nice guy.

The front desk associate at this location, Laura is rude and unprofessional.

I recently went to Ohio Health Primary Care in Bexley and had a wonderful experience.  The front desk-Carmen and Laura were kind and communicated with me during my whole check in/insurance/check out process. I saw the NP there and she was wonderful-she listened well and I felt she knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend!
