I knocked a chunk of rubber out of my front tire and cord was starting to show. We were 400 miles from home in Alma AR. I called Old Fort Harley Davidson and a friendly voice answered her name is Kristen she was more than helpful she gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived she was at the desk took my information and in 10 to 15 minutes my bike was in shop. I wonder around the show floor and met David he works there great guy to visit with. My whole crew showed up and enjoy the shop. 45 minutes to an hour they were finished with my bike the quote on the phone was the same on my ticket, I'm impressed this has to be the best dealership I have ever been to. Thank you Kristen and David for the good time. We made it home no problems. I would recommend this shop and dealership to anyone 100%.

I love going to our local HARLEY Shop...my problem is I just hate to leave.. really, now this will Not happen to everyone, but it has been known to happen to me., often, you see, I have another job, I'm an Artist, as are all the Guys that do the work up there!! Well, I'm friends with these guys and I've been known to sneak quietly in to ask a favor for one of my pieces which I don't have the machines to do the work on..and run out like the wind..but not before I go into the Store, the Store, I Love HARLEY CLOTHES, I'VE EXPOSED MYSELF NOW, NAW, LOTS of folks love everything they sell in that store, my husband is thrilled when a package comes from Dillard's, then I have to tell him it's for him.. LOL.. More soon,P.

I was traveling through Fort Davis and had my throttle cable break. They did not have a cable for my bike but the mechanic, I think his name was Scott, search around and found one that would work had me back on the road in less than 1.5 hours. These guys went the extra mile to help me out. They're great.

People were great! In area for Rally fro Texas. I Picked up a nail in rear tire & they got me right in to replace it. Even having a sale on tires! Service even gave me a quick tour of dealership. Thanks!!
