All personnel are always kind and they make you smile. Joey continues to go an extra step . Extremely helpful . My wife and I came in to buy a replacement bulb and we bought two helmets instead . Joey always makes us laugh. You have an awesome team and that is why we shop at Heartlands. As you know there are couple of other places I could go due to I live in Bella Vista. I'll drive that extra mile for great service.

I recently had recalls on my Pioneer 1000, one was to reduce heat in cab the other was for clutch issues. I want to thank the Service Department for a job well done. Heartland Honda has an outstanding Service and Sales Department. They treat you with respect, honesty and remember your names well after the sale. The recall service has made a world of difference to my Pioneer 1000. Reduced heat in the cab is much appreciated. The improved smoothest of the transmission makes driving the machine much much better and no more grinding when putting it in low range. Thanks guys, Tom Conseen

Took in my generator to have it checked out. Keylan Conley checked it for me. It was working fine. He refused to accept payment. Very timely service. I'll go back!

I first encountered Jacob and I found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and nice. I also stopped and talked to Tyler about a small bike for my grandkids and he took the time to show me a few models and explained a few things about it to me. I love your staff as they are all friendly and never pushy.

What can I say, I'm a traitor there(Ride a suzuki), but they treated me the same regardless ;) Walked in for first time in years and was blown away at selection/offerings, WOW! You know when the wife says couple hundred and you walk out trying to come up with a good story! Other than great selection , Jacob was epic. Guided me thru a couple smaller purchases I wasn't sure on and then OFFERED to install an intercom system in my helmet free. That may be normal at your other local places, I won't know until Jacob decides to move, I will frequent the parts dept. at Heartland before considering anywhere. You earned my business, seriously! Thanks guys!
