Their Customer Service is best I have ever seen.  I was on a road trip from Michigan and picked up a staple in my rear tire and had a gas issue on my k1200lt. Bentonville BMW took care of me like family and got me back on the road for best road trip I have ever taken. Thank you so much!  Made a believer out of me for your shop and BMW Motorcycles!

I want to say THANK YOU to Jerry, Denise, & Kelly. I needed a final drive rebuilt and I met them soon after they had opened. My bike went directly to a lift and the work began. Two & a half hours later I was done and loading the LT to take it back to Marshfield, MO. The time was great and the price was very fair. THANKS  again.
