Old Navy-Belle Isle Station

This place is a COMPLETE MESS!!! Its like walking through a teenager's dirty room. It's hard to find anything. I dont know if its understaffed or what, but this is just awful. The only redeeming part of my trip was the cashier was very friendly.

Old Navy is my favorite store to shop clothing. Their jeans pants are the best. They also have very nice shirts and jackets. The product quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. I frequently visit old navy at belle isle blvd of Oklahoma City. The customer service is excellent here.

Usually pretty organized and a decent selection. My only reason for 4 stars is because it's always so hot in there, especially when you are trying on clothes. Doesn't matter what time of the year, I always find myself sweating when trying on close and trying to get out as soon as possible. Lower the temp and people may buy more!

The prices are way too high for the ugly styles. I have no idea what happened to Old Navy. In this store, no one can even say hi. We were close to multiple employees and they act like we don't even exist. It was dead and the clearance and underwear area was disgustingly messy.

Went into this location looking for uniform pants they were completely out. I then proceeded to ask the girls at the front counter if they possibly had any in the back. They didn't seem to excited to help. Usually if I go into Old navy they would proceed to check other locations or offer to order online. This girl said she could if I the customer would go get the pants they were out of from the section it was supposed to be at. I felt she was being lazy and furthermore I had already mentioned that there were no uniform parts in that section. Was it my job to go look up the sku too? Just bad customer service period.

This store has a great selection. I do feel like it's an older store that may need updating. The staff here was great. They were very helpful. While in the dressing room they checked on me several times, got new sizes for me, and tried to make sure my experience was good. I found everything I needed and more. My son liked that they sold M&M's. I found some good sales there. If I need more stuff from old navy I will come back to this one.

Prices are not that bad. You can find so.e great quality clothes for a good price. I haven't been here for awhile. Things have changed a little. The place looks a little emptier that before but the set up looks great and the store looks very clean.

So it had been so long since I'd shopped at Old Navy that I guess I almost forgot about it; my mom used to get me clothes there when I was a kid. I was looking for uniform clothes for my kids and a friend suggested Old Navy! I went and was totally impressed! They had a ton of really good sales and all of the cashiers were very nice. I found this shirt that I totally fell in love with but it didn't have a tag. So I took it up to the cashier and she was able to look up the item number and sell it to me; and it was less than $1! I was so excited and will def be shopping there and recommending it to people more often. The store was a little tossed around, but I'm sure that's because it was a sale weekend. Other than that it was great. Oh and the perfume there is actually really good smelling!

Great place to shop! Found exactly what I wasn't sure I was looking for till I found it lol great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
