Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Service was great! Moody was our waiter and he did great for being his first day on the job. Although my order was missed and TWO of the managers came out to apologize for the delay. I wanted to write a review for their excellent customer service! I don’t often see managers coming out of their way (during busy dinner rushes) to make sure everything went smoothly! What great leadership they have instilled there and to stand up for their employees! And great job to our waiter for being completely pleasant and kind during our entire experience!

A friend and I went there for lunch. We got the all you can eat soup and salad. The salad was fresh, crunchy and the dressing was wonderful as always. We both got the cream based chicken gnocchi soup. The gnocchi were gummy so I didn't eat them. But the soup itself had very good flavor and a creamy mouth feel. When we got our second bowl of soup we asked the waitress if we could have less gnocchi because we didn't care for them. She brought back the chicken gnocchi soup with zero gnocchi in it. We both really appreciated that. Great service and good food.

Love eating here, food was really good. Server was friendly but needed a lot more training received no small plates with appetizers. Had to keep asking to bring drinks and silverware, if your ordering unlimited soup it takes a while to receive during lunch. Only location that charges for a kid water. Received no little chocolates either on bill like they use to. Paid extra but the happy birthday turned out amazing.

Always, always, ALWAYS love me some Olive Garden! Good food. Good vibes. Fast seating. Family friendly or romantic date atmosphere, either way! Great wait-staff and awesome wine sampling! No complaints here! Hmm.. Thinking Olive Garden for dinner tonight, now! 😉

The food and service here are always on point. The staff is very personable and friendly. I feel like family here. The manager, Teresa, takes the time to check in with her guests and introduce herself. I like that! I feel valued as a regular even though I am lucky to make it in every few months. The bartenders Karissa and Steve are both fun to interact with and they take great care in making sure you have a good evening. On the serving side, Jodi, always makes our evening enjoyable. We have some fun joking around with each other. I will gladly continue coming to this Olive Garden for many years to come.
