Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years, but my parents wanted to go. I expected bland calorie bombs... and was totally surprised. I had chose one of the 600 calorie or less options and it was great. Very flavorful and a satisfying portion size. Bonus - I didn't feel bad about scarfing a couple of bread sticks. The service was great too.

Great place for taking a large group on a business conference. There was no wait for a group of five. The staff was friendly, and our food arrived quickly after our order was placed. Tasty as usual and our waiter was happy to pack up our leftovers for us. I enjoyed the electronic table side tablets for paying our bill. We had a great time.

A few days ago, I dined with 4 friends in St. Cloud MN. They each ordered an entree & I ordered a bowl of soup. When the salad came the food server stated that since I did not have an entree I was not entitled to salad. A similar thing happened a while ago when my husband & I invited 2 friends to be our guests at the Olive Garden in Brainerd MN. We each enjoyed a glass of wine & my husband & I shared an entree. The food server announced that the 4 of us would be allowed only ONE bowl of salad since my husband & I split an entree. Since this happened in 2 different cities the with-holding of your "unlimited salad" must be an Olive Garden policy. It's embarrassing when with friends & our total bill is over $100.

Was a little skimpy on the sauce had a to go order, two bread sticks? So I could either have with my soup or meal. Food tasted good sever was great.

Amazing Italian food. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for a tablen but if you time it right, you won't have much of a problem with that. Even if you do have to wait, the food is worth it. I especially like the build your own pasta section of the menu.
