Truly a destination brewery with a rotating tap selection that has yet to disappoint. Masters in hops and dark, coffee-infused beers, they're quietly working their way into stellar sours. Amazing food, from delicate farro salads to hearty meats, they ace every dish. Be warned- these guys like spice. There's a great outdoor space, with fire pits and plenty of seating; however, expect a wait for a table, especially if you're in a big group. Your best bet is to saddle up to the bar, where you can enjoy the full menu and get quicker service.

If you plan on doing the brewery tour buy your tickets at least a week in advance, getting a table for lunch or whatever can take a substantial amount of time. It is a good sized place but they get REALLY busy and fill to capacity. Tour was informative and fun, great easy going atmosphere. Food was very good and very quick to get to the table our party of 8 took literally 10 maybe 15 minutes from order to eating. Servers were well informed and great for advice with beer selection. Would beer again.

Soup was good but to spicy, need it toned down a bit. Soup came with chips, would've rather had another substitute since already had with appetizer. Flank steak husband loved, tender, good flavor. Boar sausage good, roasted potatoes could be better with seasoning/herbs, was flavorless. Friendly service but switched wait staff halfway. Waited a little too long for help. Will go back.

Awesome brewery! We have been here many times. Staff are friendly, beer is great, food is amazing. I recommend the nachos. We went to the pizza opener and the pizza is spectacular! We tried almost all the pizzas and they were all delicious. They even gave us a free pizza and appetizer for patiently waiting for the pizzas. It is always crowded here but well worth it.

Stopped in here quickly over the weekend for the first time. Really impressed with the place. I just sampled a couple beers and had to leave. Place was packed. Really cool merchandise in the store. There were multiple restaurants including a pizzeria on the upper story. Large patio with tons of tables and places to hang out. Unfortunately, there were no tours available while I was there. Check in advance to see if any are available.
