Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The Olive Garden in Jackson, TN is a good place to eat. They have great food. Their soup is awesome. Good service too. This is a very nice restaurant on the inside. Most people come in with shorts and t shirts, but people should really dress a little better to eat here. That's just my opinion.

We had very poor service. A guy with a nose ring and holes or whatever on his ears. He was not friendly. We waited and waited for our drinks. We ordered soup and salad since it was lunch. We told him we wanted them at the same time. He didn’t come back with our salad for a little while and not our soup. Another waitress noticed that we were sitting there for so long. She asked what we ordered etc. she even went and got our second bowl and salad. She brought us water. He never came and asked if we needed anything. This was Wednesday April 11 at 12:30. We go a lot to this Olive Garden a lot. Worse service ever there. Didn’t bring mints. So disappointed

I like Italian food but with my food allergies it's hard to find food that I can eat so we came here on a whim. My mom liked her food a lot. She was pleased with the results. Mine was well the steak was good but they forgot to season my linguini so it came out plain no butter no nothing that I asked for however they did bring me butter and basil so in the end it was all good.

My husband and I went here for date night. They are extremely nice and attentive. Krystal has been our waitress twice and she is wonderful. She always answers questions we have about the menu and is very attentive and courteous!! The food is always delicious and big portions. The manager even came by and spoke with us. So nice and courteous and we will definitely be again on date night or any other time we want lots of Italian in a good cozy friendly atmosphere!!! Thank you OG Jackson, Tn....You are #1!!!!

Bartender was very informative friend and knowledgeable. Our drinks were amazing. We order spinach artichoke for a appetizer and neither disappointed. The wife ordered shrimp scampi and I order the chicken marsala and once again it did not disappoint. We finished it off with a slice of cheesecake and it was the icing on the cake. That bartender will definitely be getting my business and will also get a praise from me to the manager. Thanks guys
