Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server Kirby was great. The food is average. Somewhat higher prices for the food. Best part about the visit was the great customer service from Kirby, even tho he forgot part of our order, he apologized and offered to fix it and get the rest of the order even tho they were getting ready to close.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

I was the first of my party to arrive and the waiter was so kind and patient checking on me to see if I needed anything while I was waiting. I ordered the trio which consisted of chicken parmigiana, linguine alfredo and lasagna. They were all delicious and warming my leftovers up the next day was still just as good.

Olive Garden has seemed to drop a notch in quality, from the last time I was here about a year ago. Their saladnormally a plus, has far less salad dressing on it, and as a result less flavor. The breadsticks had quite a bit of garlic flavoring too - actually a bit over-powering. And the Shrimp Scampi I had, lacked any significant sauce as well. Look, I'm not interested in having these dishes drenched in sauces, but with minimal amounts - they just don't taste the same as they used to.

It was amazing. The food was so hot and fresh. The waitress was very kind and nice. I definitely recommend this place to everybody. The prices are not bad either. Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a place for kids. Parking: Is there is always plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely has room for wheelchairs.

It's pretty fantastic how helpful and friendly the staff is here. Definitely makes for a great experience. I got the lasagna, and goodness was it delicious. I recommend taking the family here!

our waitress dropped a cheese block in my soup. refused to serve a new bowl because she didn’t want to make more dishes. our table wasn’t cleared the entire time. she was unable to take our order and serve us waters. would not recommend especially considering the lengthy waiting period.

First time eating here. We were celebrating my birthday. Our server Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!

Our server was named David . This man was awesome,did everything right ,was quick and was very friendly. He made sure we got everything we wanted. David worked so hard making everyone happy. Other customers liked him too I noticed as he waited on other tables . The food was awesome, even though they were busy they got us seated quickly. This place was spotless. I'm a vegan,and they had good vegan choices. I highly recommend coming here . Vegetarian options: As a Vegan I was able to get great minestrone soup,endless salad ,I had spaghetti with marinera sauce. Along with some bread sticks and I was full afterwards. The flavor was excellent.

Most occasions I love eating here but yesterday was the worse dining experience of my life. I gave it 2 stars only because the manager corrected the situation. Our server was Veeda. She brought our drinks & when we needed more time to decide it went bad. 12 minutes later she came back to take our order. By then our drinks were gone so all we had were dirty dishes to look at while we waited. We didn't receive or drinks refills the bread, soups or salad until she served the appetizers another 10 minutes My daughter had a hair in her soup but she never came back to check after she left the table. She was not serving other tables at this time, she was completely MIA. Another sever brought our food we all ordered all you can eat entree's and that was the last time we saw a server. Once I noticed she was watching the football game in the bar area I was done. I can understand someone being busy or weeded but that was unacceptable. No refills on drinks, the pasta, soups, salad or bread sticks at all. We never saw her after she served the appetizers until I went to bar looking for help & saw her sitting there. I asked the servers at the take out area to send her to our table but never came. I finally chased down the manager & we received service. Unfortunately we had to take our refills to go since we had already been there for almost a hour & a half. Never received my birthday dessert & by that time I didn't want it. Definitely won't be in any hurry to return after that night. Servers should not be allowed to watch sporting events or any TV if it takes away from service. She purposely neglected our table.

Parking was a bit chaotic. There was a lot going on. I'm going to let it slide. My sister got the food she loves Olive garden. I add an Italian Margarita always good. Usually they have wine samples. You have to ask now. Service is really good.Food: 4/5
