Portillo's Hot Dogs

I have loved Portillo's since living in Chicago today heading back to Atlanta. I had to stop as always food was fresh and hot. The best polish sausage sandwich now an an Italian for later. I came right as they open service was excellent. Thank you. Every experience here is phenomenal. I'll be back for sure. Parking: Lots of parking great location

So far everything is great, but a recent order had half the meat it usually has on a big beef. The manager was nice about it. Will have to see how things go. The picture below shows the skimp factor

It feels like you’re cheating on their famous Italian Beef if you don’t order one when you’re there, but literally everything on the menu is spectacular. Our visit here was less than satisfactory, the one star review is in relation to the terrible service we received at the pick up counter. First they didn't have our drinks ready or correct. When we brought our order back to our table, one of the drinks was wrong still and we realized we were missing all of our sides and sauces. Upon going back up to the counter for a third time. The staff was rude and making comments. On of the guys working directly with the people said to someone else that they're back again. And then to someone else that they knew we would be back. The lady working there continued to give us glares and annoyed looks. If our order was prepared right the first time we would not be up there several times. My self and my family who I was with were celebrating my mother finding her wedding dress of her dreams. All of us work retail and hospitality and know how hard it can be during a rush, under different conditions and not having a good day. But to be outwardly rude to someone who is trying to be polite and just trying to get their food is not cool and doesn't seem to match the signs they have posted around the facility asking people to be kind. I just hope someone else has a better time and experience at this restaurant.

Solid quality, simple food... made with quality people... the food were tasty, strawberry shake thick and creamy oh the Chocolate cake was freaking AWESOMEFood: 5/5

I got there at 10:15 right before their 10:30 close after a long shift at the hospital and still got amazing food and service. I highly recommend the fish! The fries were great as well. I will definitely be back. Please note google is incorrect as the drive through is open until 10:30. Also please note they do not sell salads past 10pm

The food was good but sadly we had issues with the staff. We ordered a large soda and had to correct them 3 times and they still gave us a small. Plus they charged us for the large. Then they charged us for 3 cheese sauces when we only ordered 2. On top of that they also put peppers on my sandwich when we specifically asked for no peppers. Their communication is terrible and I’m disappointed that we didn’t get what we actually ordered. We know they can do better since we have eaten here before and had great service. Hopefully next time they are better.

My second time there. Friends treated me. Ate inside. There are lines for drive thru constantly. So many love there food. I will go back. I had the Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers. Yummy

Even thought it was a long lunch wait, employees were still attentive and manager was addressing any issues. We've only went to Portillo's twice and both have been great! Recommend the beef sandwich with EXTRA hot peppers and extra gravy on the side!Food: 5/5
