What amazing people work there. Very friendly. The food is always great. There's a man who takes care of the dining area who is so nice and caring. He takes your tray he stopped by our table and talked to us. We feel so welcome and want to go back. Good job everyone that works there!
While the wait was long, we understand Culver's is a delicious, hot commodity; plus I know a lot of places are short-staffed lately. The food was phenomenal, and exactly what we had in mind when we visited. I had asked for no lettuce tomato or pickle, and all were on my burger. But, they did remember the grilled onions I paid extra for so no worries.
The food is great, I'd recommend it, I go there often. I usually get a kid's meal and use the free scoop token for custard. I would rate it 5 stars if the high school workers were more professional, but they've got great staff overall, great food, I'd recommend it.Food: 5/5
At least 10 cars behind me received their order before I did. It was only one burger and fries so it's not like it was a large a complex order. I pretty much saw the guy running orders give my order to someone behind me because the customer was looking in the bag and receipt like "this isn't what I ordered". Took another 10 minutes after I brought it to their attention to get my food.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered the 2 piece cod dinner no lemon. Fish is always delicious a long with their french fries! Myself & my animals enjoyed it! Parking: Ample parking by building & an additional lot on the side or back of the building
Brand new Culver's in Sun Prairie. Appears like they staffing it up, and trying hard to please. Second time there where we ate outside on their patio with our dog, which was nice. They have 5 fresh soup choices.Food: 5/5
Food wasn't bad. But, it wasn't special either. Good place for the ordinary everyday meal with no bells and whistles. I had a turtle Sunday here as well, to find that the toppings to the vanilla custard were hard to find. So I would advise vanilla custard, chocolate custard but, not anything with toppings added beyond that. Wheelchair accessibility: The place has the ability to access with a wheelchair but there are only a few handicap spaces to park. Being that it is somewhat frequented it could use more handicapped spots.
Need to find a better way to deal with the 3pm Saturday rush. Waited 20+ min for my cheese curds and scoop of custard, watched it melt. My order didn't even seem to be on the screen. Saw 4 other customers come up to ask about their order during this time.
Really saddened by our experience here, which was not normal. We were at the drive through for about a minute, maybe a little more, deciding what we would like, and were interrupted 4 different times with them asking "Are you almost done deciding yet?". We told them we just needed a second and the person huffed and said "okay". We took about 2 minutes total from start to finish and have never felt this rushed- especially since there was only one car that pulled up near the tail end of our order. Thankfully the person who ran our food to us was very pleasant. Big bummer, hopefully she was just having a bad day and doesnt treat everyone this way.
On the plus side my daughter's fish dinner was good my chix sandwich was good but The onion rings ,once again, so dried out and same with the cheese curds. I don't know what the problem is but I will never order the onion rings and the cheese curds were so good the time before that I might give them another chance. Parking: I use disability so great
