Sonic Drive-In

My first time ever going to sonic. Definitely not considered fast food! Very delightful, my favorite is the foot Long Coney. I will for sure be back.

Very slow service. Granted it was after 2:00 pm. It took almost a half-hour to get our food. My burger lacked some standard condiments or they were so lightly applied I didn't taste them. The tater tots were great, piping hot. Our server was polite. Lots of their food order stations were not working.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. It took a full minute to be answered at a stall, which is unacceptable. I worked at a Sonic in Texas and anything over 5 seconds was unacceptable and apologized for. We recieved no apologies for the wait might I add we were the only ones there and the person taking our order was very rude. I ordered small shakes, and was charged for and recieved mediums. Our order was never read back to us. Corn dogs were burnt to a crisp, fries were soggy, and the ice cream tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I threw it out and didn't bother asking for a refund because they have a refund policy of store credit only. My store didn't have this policy, and why would I come back? The only thing okay with my order was the burger and mozzarella sticks.

This place is the best to go for a quick and tasty bite to eat, and drink! Everything on the menu, from the breakfast, to the sandwiches are top tier! I’m surprised that the prices aren’t higher! I ordered a chicken tenders box w a limeade slush w/ nerds. I enjoyed that so much! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good bite to eat for under $20! 5 stars, no doubt.

Well started with waiting 30 minutes for my food then when I got it the chicken we ordered was very tough and hard to chew rubbery hard to eat it without pulling it apart. The onion rings I dont think were cooked and were very soggy and little to no batter on them..... very disappointed. Wont be returning. Wouldnt give any stars if possible.

Ordered sonic with uber eats. Which came to $17.62. I received a bacon double burger. That is all. The other items I ordered they ran out of. I received no call, no substitute and no refund. I called and was told I was not charged for the items. Its now been 1 week and I was never reimbursed for my order. As a customer service person I hold people and companies to a higher standard. You need to do better.

I arrived at 8PM. I had my order in by 8:05 and then processed to wait until 8:56 to receive a slushy, 2 shakes, and 2 ice cream cookie sandwiches. In between that time 3 other customers left without their food. I looked in the building to see 3 kids standing around talking. When my food was finally brought out they said they had a lot of customers... there were 4 cars and only 1 got food before me. The ice cream sandwiches were melted. My medium shakes were poured into large cups. They did that to cover my completely melted shakes with a ridiculous amount of whipped cream. I will not be returning to this sonic ever again. I hope my review speaks for all the customers last night and is a warning to future potential customers.

Takes very long to order, and to get your order. And when you finally get it, it's wrong. I ordered small shakes, but what I received and was charged for were medium. I Was asked if I wanted to change it, but the amount of time it took just to get the wrong order, I said forget it. 3 of the 4 drinks ordered were also wrong flavors, none were marked, so we had to guess. The worker had no clue. We also ordered tater tots which were cold. Like they were either sitting there all day. The place sucks

Keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant. It's not going to be gourmet with actual 5 star service. My Chicago Dog was good. The tots were good. The onion rings were good. My wife had a double bacon cheeseburger, and although it was the flattest double burger either of us has ever seen, she said it tasted good.

I literally waited 10 mins until they took my order from the drive through. Seriously? Then at the window they barely opened the window just to take my $$ and hand food. No friendly greeting, zero dialogue ... nothing. The blended drink was not the worse I’ve had from sonic, but far from correctly made. Not impressed at all.
