Maleda and the team at Spruce Real Estate are professional and responsive.  In my experience they are proactive if challenges occur and communicate information in a timely manner.

Currently working with Maleda over two years now. She consistently provides great customer service and oversight to projects. Her consultation is exceptional.

Have had the pleasure of working with Maleda and her team on The ARC project. They are very thorough and detailed.

Unfortunately google does not allow me to rate anything less than one star. If it did i would have given them zero stars. Please stay away from Spruce Rep. They have no ethics, no financial accountability and responsibility, worst customer service and no regard for peoples lives and hard earned money.  They have been anything but a nightmare to deal with.

I have worked with Maleda for over a year now and the work that she has provided has been outstanding.

Never had an issue with Meda and Spruce Real Estate Partners.  Great people!!!!
