Don’t get tempted by the views, this apartment building has some serious maintenance issues. Water is always out for emergency repairs, heat and AC not Working when you need it to work. Management is not responsive and whole building is infested with cockroaches in the summer. Stay away

Bad management led to abrasive moving out. Much more stressful than it needed to be. There was a fire and everyone was told to leave but staff and management were not helpful, in fact the opposite. Nothing was easy about it even though the problems were not created by any resident.
