Olympus Athletic Club

The gym is very "used". Tanning beds do not work, equipment is run down and some of it is broken. Customer service is terrible. Attempted to cancel membership but as read in other reviews the same thing happened, ASF payment solutions refuses to cancel the membership. They refuse to honor any of the Buyers rights to cancel in the contract. I was under the impression that when I first signed up it was month to month, nope stuck for 2 years. The only staff that was friendly was the childcare staff but unsure how well they sanitize everything. Do not recommend at all!

Have been a member at this gym for about 10 yrs so I am well beyond the contract. I cancelled my membership 3 months ago and they have still been charging me. I have made them my new full time job basically I have to call 10 plus times a day to even get a hold of the manager Daniel, leaving a message does no go because it’s not returned. He stated over a week ago that the refund was issues and that for some reason the credit card company was holding it. I asked him to check on it and give me a call right back. He agreed. I never received a call back. I am filing fraud charges with my bank now.

Gym is awesome with tons of equipment and lots of space. I never feel crowded when working out and never have an issue finding something to use. Unfortunately others who attend this gym do not put weights away after they are done. Dropped a star because the door staff is quite friendly but other than that, need work. I also dropped a star because of the upkeep of the facility. There has been soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, paper towel dispensers that have all gone empty for weeks at a time.

Joined after being unable to work out at the crowded Williamson county Rec Dept facility. Staff extremely friendly and facility is HUGE with Nautilus, Hammer machines, and more free weights and dumbbells than I have seen anywhere. Price is amazing if you pay up front.

The PT Matt is very unprofessional. How he treated me was a nightmare that I will never forget. You have wife and daughters too, wish someday they will be treated so badly like how you treated me. Please show a little bit respect to women.
