I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! This place is dangerous to workout in and needs a health and safety inspection!!!!! The treadmills are death traps if they even turn on. This has to be the filthiest place I have ever seen. There is so much dust on the treadmills I am surprised they don’t catch on fire. The belts on the treadmills skip while you use them from lack of cleaning and proper maintenance. Half the time treadmills and bikes are not operational and there are never any towels or cleaning products to wipe down equipment after use. I paid for a full year upfront and can’t bear to use this facility. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom and sauna.

Don't waste your money for this gym, new employee last summer was very inappropriate and disrespectful and I quit going because he made me feel very uncomfortable. Talked to manager and owner to cancel my membership and that I wasn't paying them because of the new employee was on camera engaging in rude remarks and inappropriate behavior towards me.. they sent me a bill saying I owed them. I will not be paying them! I don't recommend this gym! Not worth the 30$ a month. Use your money elsewhere try MG. Down the street from Olypmus.

New manager is very rude and lacks customer service. He abuses customers accounts and services. Do NOT sign Anything these guys give you and do NOT give them your bank account info. They keep low prices to get you in and then screw you and your money down the road. This gym, in particular. I highly do not recommend this gym or it’s affiloates. Gold’s gym provided me with everything I needed at a much more affordable rate and better utilities for my money. We will never go back to Olympus. Don’t say that you weren’t warned.

I signed my release form 7 months ago and they are still charging my bank every month. I was responsible for only 1 of the months due to the contract 30 day notice policy. For six months they have been stealing 30 a month. I have called countless times and spoke to Dylan the manager. He has assured me every time we spoke that I will be refunded and taken care of yet here I am out 180.00

I have been trying to cancel my membership since January and it's still coming out of my checking account. I've talked to Daniel numerous times and he has said everyone "I'll get this taken care of". I've talked to a Dillon fellow and he has said the same thing. Both of them said they seen a note on my account that says it was supposed to be cancelled when I came in the gum and signed the paper in January. It's now August and they owe me around 190$. Both of them that I spoke with said they would credit that back but I doubt it. If anyone reads this definitely don't do a direct withdraw from your account! I THINK THIS IS A SCAM THEY TRY TO PULL BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD NUMEROUS PEOPLE EXPERINCED THE EXACT THING THAT I AM! I would never send my business to them again. Not even if it was free! BE VERY LEERY OF THEM AND ALSO THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 2 TIMES EXTRA EACH YEAR FOR MAINTENANCE/EQUIPMENT??? WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COVER????
