On's Kitchen Thai Cuisine

I love love loveeeee On’s Thai kitchen they have authentic food very good food. I’m always satisfied with my service there but they can get very busy and have to call your take out order in advance. This is hands down the BEST Thai food I’ve had and I lived in NC, Dallas TX and the best ever. I highly recommend going and good prices! I recommend the crab cakes, chicken wings, egg rolls, pineapple fried rice can’t go wrong.

Very very bad customer service. The waitress was not dress appropriate for the job. Was wearing tank top. Table is sticky. Didn't give us water. We have to ask for. Gave us the wrong orders. Will never go back again.

I had high hopes for this place as it came strongly recommended however I was very disappointed with what I ordered. We arrived at about 7:30 on a Saturday and it was kind of a long wait to get in (about 45min). The longest point was when we were at the front of the line and three tables vacated before we were seated. We had time to read everything on the menu (while waiting in line) and the only thing I saw that specifically listed Thai Basil was what I ordered (#70). It had what was called “thick bacon”. Though you might imagine it to be that incredibly great apple-wood smoked bacon, it was instead like the grisly hoof of a pig. It was chewy and the flavor was barely tolerable. There were pieces that tasted like spoiled decaying meat. So disgusting that I had to spit parts into my napkin. I love Thai food, I’ve never ordered “thick bacon” before so maybe it was my fault. Maybe they would have exchanged it but I didn’t ask because it took an estimated 30 minutes to get the food after we ordered. There were people seated after our party (of 3) that received their food before us. I was also quite hungry and ate most of the dish despite not liking it. Now my stomach kind of hurts. This was the worst Thai food I have ever had.

Best Thai food in the cities! This is my go to restaurant when I need a spicy, tasty, Thai meal. My favorites are the Tom Yum Soup and the Nam Thok Kor Moo Yang. The spring rolls are also delicious. On's will make the food reliably spicy, too! I'd recommend going for lunch rather than dinner. They are a poorly kept secret and the wait for dinner can be quite long, but it's worth it.

Excellent Thai food. Just be warned about the heat factor. I got a decent tolerance but the 5 was getting close to border line for me. Don't be a hero. Enjoy the food here not the burn unless you're positive.
