One Tree Martial Arts

Learning martial arts has been one of my greatest desires for the past several years. However, I felt reluctant to join a martial arts school in the past because I was afraid of embarrassing myself and I thought that I had outgrown it. I discovered that my fears were unfounded. One Tree Martial Arts appealed to my wife and I because of the professionalism demonstrated by the instructors as well as their focus on teaching practical self defense. Initially I was nervous because I was venturing into the unknown, but I have no regrets. One Tree Martial Arts taught me how to defend myself, but it also helped me grow as a person. I've become more confident, outgoing, disciplined, and capable since joining this school. There are a lot of good people here, and there is a willingness to help others. After awhile it's easy to feel like you're part of a family. Another benefit I discovered is that you can go at your own pace. There’s a place for every type of martial artist here whether they are doing it for recreation, ambition, or out of curiosity. I would recommend any age group to this school; it's never too late to start! I also believe that it is a great way for family or friends to bond.

I am so happy to have my boys enrolled here. Their self confidence and self discipline has grown leaps and bounds sense they have been a part of this school. I love seeing the kids set high goals for themselves and work hard to achieve them.

I love coming to One Tree Martial arts! I started here over 2 years ago, and I'm proud to say I've come so far. The instructors are very knowledgeable, they have learned from experience and are really encouraging, they are all great teachers. I've learned not only to become more flexible, and strong, but also to defend myself! The instruction is practical to every day, and also promotes higher learning and critical thinking. I would recommend this school to anyone. I'm 28, and I go with my husband John, martial arts isn't just for children, its a benefit to anyone willing to try.

Great school to learn applicable self defense skills and principles, get a great workout to stay in shape physically and mentally, and have fun doing it. Well trained professional staff. Positive friendly atmosphere. Great for adults and children.

OTMA is a great place to learn the martial arts! So glad I chose it for my son. The instructors and staff are great! Love the facility, too!
