Since moving to this location, OnPoint has lowered customer service by improperly trained tellers. From demanding additional forms of ID when not needed to inaccurate account information to incorrect cashback, the quality of service has diminished greatly. Avoid this branch.
Run! When these folks mess up they really mess up and they make no attempts to correct big mistakes -- explaining simply that they are sorry they messed up that associate shouldn't have done that but there is nothing they can do.
Friendly people and helpful staff I have been banking here 4 years
Went into this branch today and received horrible service. Mind you I’ve been banking here for the last 20 years Teacher’s CU and I keep the bulk of my money here including my mortgage. Gone are the days of customer service and understanding. Considering taking my money elsewhere.
Worst Bank I have ever had to deal with, it’s UNREAL!!!!
