I am never able to reach anyone over the phone, always placed on terminal hold. Just plain terrible service. How does this place even function?
I have been with this Credit Union for years and have always found the services to be pleasant and prompt.
Everyone there was great. Vanessa, Francesca, and Sade. They provided excellent customer service.
I have banked at PWCU for decades and loved them. I even tolerated their move to the horrible new location, but since their move the new staff are horrible. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about. They make you feel like you are bothering them. For the first time I feel like maybe this is not the bank for me.
