I can't express how much I am constantly impressed with the customer service at OnPoint. Even though I moved out of state, I continue to bank with them because they treat me like a person, not a dollar sign. From excellent checking account service to credit cards to loans, I'm staying with OnPoint!!
I work downtown, so this is the branch I visit most often. The staff are always really friendly, and depending what time you go in there are 1-3 tellers available. I've never waited more than 5 minutes, and usually go in between 4-5:30pm. There is also a change machine here, which is super convenient.
No monthly fees for accounts. Great ATM. Seems great so far! Haven't yet seen what their credit options are like.
Very friendly staff! Convenient downtown location.
