1095 East 45th St is temporarily closed. I found this out after I arrived there. I went to the one on Flatlands. I prefer this one. There was a line waiting outside to get in. It moved quicky. A few was let in at a time. This was a good thing. All staff had on a mask. Staff was professional.

Dropped there service. Very unreliable. The technicians do not make any improvements when they come to your home address. Have VERIZON FIOS now and have zero complaints. The difference is day and night.

The staff is great their friendly and helpful but optimum service is TERRIBLE as hell. I’m never coming back.

Talking to a manager. He said his name was Wayne. I was asking him some questions and in the middle of our conversation he yelled out "don't interrupt me!". Very weird and unpleasant and unprofessional
