Pretty long line, people are being asked to wait outside in the weather. Understandable because of limited space inside. Prepare to stay in line in most cases. Once inside you'll have another line you need to stay in. Other than that good service and a pretty clean office.
Be prepared you may have to wait on a line, but it moves quickly. Employees are pretty quick and efficient. If you want to talk about quality of its Optimum TV which has its fair share of issues in my opinion. The Internet is pretty quick though. I had to deal with “Cortney” see picture below. Very rude agent, I was explaining someone thing and asking questions and he stopped me and said that he wouldn’t answer questions because I’m “making up” the information on the spot and that my questions are leading. Honestly if a customer has questions about there account don’t I have a right to ask questions. He just wanted me to be quite and not ask anything and just accept what he was saying like gospel. I’ve never had a CS 1 call me a liar 2 refuse to answer questions & 3 be dismissive. Terrible terrible terrible!
The store has a lot of space inside and they did not let me put my bike, while I paid and collected my devices, the attention of the one who attended me great.
Big plus is they have parking for costumes. Another thing I liked is when they saw more people joined line they added few more representatives to client windows. Nice staff. Solved my issue quickly. First impression was great
I went to this location today and there’s a rude lady who’s energy was crazy there was no organization in there so I stood behind one of the customers as there was 2 tellers & only two of us and when I was about to get ready to be serviced she looked at me and said rudely and crazily you know there’s a whole line… I’m like what ?? There was no one here when I was here she said I had to stand behind the rope when she clearly saw me waiting for the person before me to finish why didn’t she just say where the line started what is the attitude for ? How disgusting I really let her have it cause I couldn’t match foolishness today. None the less I was serviced by someone else who was more pleasant but needless to say you don’t speak to customers any kind of way and leave your attitude at home if you don’t wanna be pleasant at work get a new job.
Great customer service. Great rates. They came down 3 months ago to fix something in the internet modem. The guy was nice and quick. I was highly impressed. This company is worth every penny!
Very pleased the quality of service , they had been installed my internet today. I just returned my box by reason of address changed, then in 2days I got my internet home. Fast service. Very pleased
My wifi was out for a week because we needed to get a new box. We were instructed to go to store to store. This location thankfully had our new equipment we needed. I do wish I could find this stores specific phone number so I could call ahead. The staff were a bit rude but we did get my wifi working again.
Optimum is a disgusting company with terrible service. I had no choice for many years and endured many years of bad service and service interruptions. I finally was able to get Verizon FiOS, which has been amazing. In order to cancel, they would not let me do it on the website I had to call they disconnected me and hung up on me five times. It’s been already 6 hours that I’ve been trying to cancel and they won’t let me. Stay away stay away stay away. That’s call #5 or 6
