Orgyen Khamdroling

I felt so fortunate to have found this center and teacher - everyone there was welcoming and friendly; Rinpoche is warm-hearted, very authentic and direct. Great Dharma Center - highly recommend.

While I was in Denver this summer I was able to attend a Sunday service at Orgyen Khamdroling and it was beautiful! The building and rooms were super clean and full of character, you can tell the people who run this place truly take pride in caring for it. The friendliness of the people here was outstanding. This was my first visit here and I felt welcomed from the moment I set foot through the doors. Before service started, a member set me up with the books they were using for the day and as they went through it, during service, the person next to me would queue me periodically to help me keep pace with their prayers- this was a relief and very helpful for a newcomer like me. A bonus before service was a 45 min yoga session that happens every Sunday and it’s free to anyone and everyone! This was a nice stretch for the morning and was fun hearing the conversation between members. I felt completely comfortable as the yoga moves were not overwhelming or too difficult and the members made it a point to include my friend and me in their banter. At the end of the session, was time for quiet and relaxation and ended about 15 to 30 minutes before the Sunday service began. Overall, a wonderful place that I would recommend to everyone! Definitely a place to visit while in Denver, not matter your religion or background, this place is accepting to all!

Orgyen Khamdroling is a beautiful space that I have been fortunate enough to see evolve through all the members' hard work and dedication. It feels welcoming and offers a community like no other. OK is a friendly start if you are curious, a must visit center!!

Orgyen Khamdroling Center is warm, welcoming and extremely supportive of practice. A wonderful place to meditate and learn. Anyen Rinpoche is the most joyful and compassionate person I've ever had the opportunity to meet. He teaches with truth, clarity and humor.

The shrine room is breathtaking and the community is supportive, but best of all the teachers are dedicated practitioners who tirelessly strive to help students genuinely practice the Dharma.

Authentic Tibetan Buddhist Lama, Anyen Rinpoche, traditional teachings made accessible to the Western mind, warm hearted community, practices, programs & Rinpoche’s guidance bringing the teachings to life and making integration into daily life a reality.
