Orkin Pest & Termite Control

Orkin definitely knows their business. Because of neighbors, I wound up with roaches. The more I fought them the worse they got. I called Orkin..they have been so wonderful and knowledgeable on what they were doing that within 2 weeks my house was bug free. Every 2 months they return and go over everything again and put down the outside barrier again. Their price is also very affordable...I wished I had done this long before I did.

Alfonso Ramirez III is my tech. He has been on-time if not early, professional, capable, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He has done a wonderful job and is very patient about explaining what he is doing and why. Others in your company have been good at customer relations but having this man in the field is worth more than a ton of advertising.

When the pest control specialist showed up he was very off-putting sluggish and all around unfriendly to say the least. Then he went straight to asking for payment and getting signatures. So I took him around the house before paying because I figured he needed to know where the issues were. All and all done after max 20 minutes I believe more like 15. I live in a 1500+ square foot home last time they were here it took the guy a good hour including explaining everything and asking us questions. After he left I looked around and he only used a total of 4 traps and just threw the ant traps around. They were all upside down. I have never ever had a worse experince in this house with outside helpers than with this man. I would put no stars but thats not an option. Also after he left we noticed thing were missing.

I am feeling so much better without sharing my place with bugs and looking forward to sitting on the patio without the mosquitoes. Thank you for making sure we are protected inside and out!!

Our technician has always been awesome BUT the communication with the office/schedulers has become horrid in the last few months when they changed who sets the appointments. I would reschedule or change my payment info but they would fail to pass anyone of that on to the technician. Today they flat out lied about why they did not leave me a message regarding an appointment they arbitrarily scheduled without speaking to me. I refuse to do business with a dishonest company that cannot even manage to set an appointment. They did tell me that they could not keep things straight or follow up on things (after they told me they could t leave a message - on my empty voicemail). My contract is up and has been cancelled. *if my technician would leave and go to a different company, i would follow him. All the fault lies with the office/schedulers.
