Dr.s Pale , Gemmi, and Middleberg have made my entire family very confident in their smiles.My husband , my daughter and I all had Braces and my son had Invisalign. We get compliments all the time on our smiles and we owe that to the Doctors and staff at Orthodontics Limited! I highly recommend this office. The doctors are great as well as the assistants!

We absolutely loved working with Dr. Gemmi and Dr. Pale. We started our orthodontics journey at another orthodontist. We were very unhappy and during our son’s treatment there, we searched for a new orthodontist for our daughter. We found Orthodontics Limited and could not have been happier. Our oldest daughter had two sets of braces with Dr. Gemmi phase I & II and our youngest just finished treatment with Dr. Pale. Orthodontics Limited is the BEST place to get braces!! The office is run so efficiently and you aren’t waiting long for treatment. Everyone that works there is kind and caring. Thank you for such wonderful service and treatment!!

Dr. Middleberg and all of his technicians have given me a great experience. I am thrilled to smile confidently! They truly do go above and beyond to help. I have had multiple situations where they have helped me with time and money! I started my journey here at 30 years old, and they have helped me feel comfortable every step of the way! NorthEast Location: Since the 1st day I walked in for a consultation to currently a patient treating a little over a year 10/10. The front desk always answers the phone, has the greatest energy, very professional, communicates well, super sweet and understanding. Dental staff always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Dr. Middleburg is the best at treatment plans EVER, will definitely make you laugh, smile & ensure your teeth are treated w/ care. I love them so much my son starts treating there in a few days & if need my daughter will as well. I’m so happy w/ my treatment I highly recommend them for all of your orthodontic care. -Moneé

I’ve been with Dr. Middleberg for the 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Him and his team know what they are doing and treat you like family every time you are there for an appointment. I even moved to Florida and still kept him as my orthodontist because I trust his work that much. I flew up every time I needed an adjustment with my Invisalign and retainers and they made sure I got everything I needed each time and are very flexible in working with me over the phone. Couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontic practice!

I cannot Thank Dr. Gemmi and his team enough. I just took my braces off today 12.16.22 and went through a 2.5 year journey including jaw surgery mid-way and I cannot be happier with the job they all did. Dr. Gemmi is very detail oriented, patient, compasionate and the nicest Doctor you’ll ever meet which made every visit worth it. From the receptionist to the dental assistants and technicians they all remembered me every single time and did a great job. If I have to do it again I would definitely pick Dr. Gemmi with my eyes closed. Dr. Pale is excellent as well, her hands are just the best. I definitely recommend Orthodontics Limited over and over again!

This office is the best Orthodontist in the city of Philadelphia. Dr Gimmi has been in my family over 22years. Starting with my oldest Son now me as an adult. The Staff wow I can't say enough about them. Sweet, Personable Honest and family oriented. I just can't say enough about Dr. Gimmi Dr. Pale and Dr. Middleberg .Simple the best.
