I worked here as a college student and can vouch for the owners' commitment to sourcing fresh fish. That's important, because sushi is either great or it's gross. There is no middle ground. This isn't the fanciest sushi joint in town, but it might be the oldest.

Love it here! Wide selection of sushi. Try the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura sushi. The volcano sushi has real fire (beware!) Teriyaki chicken dinner and the vegetable tempura dinner are nice options for those who don't eat sushi. For special occasions, there is a party room with karaoke. Call to reserve. The hibachi grill is entertaining for dates or groups. Great service!

Hibachi is Always fun. I haven't had their sushi In a while, but no complaints with hibachi dinner/dessert. Also, the staff was very friendly and the portions are very large.

Easy parking, good food. We only did sushi this timen however the hibachi side did sound like they were having fun. We will be back I'm sure.

My favorite for Columbia Mo. !! The service is great, they are always kind and ask about how we are doing. The food is great and is reasonably priced. They are also great about making my fav roll even though it isn’t on the menu anymore. 😊❤️
