MaTaNe Japanese Dining Ramen And Bowl

I haven't really eaten at a lot of Japanese places, so take this review with a dose of salt. It was a nice place, clean, pleasant decor, and comfortable. The food was good but (with little to compare it to) it didn't seem as flavorful as dishes of other countries. Perhaps it's just not my cup of tea. PS seemed pricey for what you got, but again I am told Japanese food is not inexpensive.

Amazing authentic Japanese restaurant! Great service and great food, we will absolutely return!! One of the rolls we had was the volcano roll (see photo), excellent roll with just enough sriracha to warm you up. Also had the j roll which was great, very flavorful and a nice balance of flavor.

This place is usually dead and I don't know why because the food is excellent. Very fresh ingredients and an extensive menu of Japanese and Korean food. Little pricy but justified due to the high quality.

Ramen bowls (both soy and miso-based) were excellent, came with a little salad too! Very tasty and authentic Japanese ramen. Will definitely come here again.

very good food. very fresh. Best Japanese restaurant in St. Louis. everything is tasty. I only go during Happy hour which you can save some bucks.I think he is Korean but trained in Japan.
