Otani Japanese Restaurant

Very dissatisfied with the whole night, first of all AC was broken without forewarning at the entrance on a muggy, rainy, 78 degree weather, next the pineapple juice that my daughter ordered tasted like canned juice with some black stuff floating on it, third my refill of sprite gets keep refilled with water, hence always have to call for another glass ( twice first I was in bathroom, second went to back to car to grab an umbrella, really?) This is my third time here, I believe people need to have better communication. Seems like a huge language barrier. This will be my last visit here.

Super long wait after we were seated to a table. It took about 2 hours from the time we were seated to the time our food was being placed on the table. We almost walked out before we even ordered. It wasn't a super busy night when we went, so I'm not sure why the service was so exceptionally slow.

Decent Japanese Hibachi restaurant. One side is Hibachi while the other side has the bar and table sitting as well as low table sitting. Generally go for half-off sushi Wednesday (get there prior to 5:45pm on this day or you will be waiting awhile to sit as well as receive your food.) Can't speak personally on their other menu options, but friends who ordered said they enjoyed their plates and they also looked good from my perspective. Will continue to go back.

For my first time here, unfortunately I was very disappointed! Our food was average at best besides being over priced for what we got! Our service was poor and felt extremely rushed by our server!

My favorite sushi place in Cleveland! Love love love it here. Small bar and small sushi bar but fantastic restaurant seating and amazing food. Big place too as half is hibachi and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
