A fantastic place to end the evening of fun and enjoyment.
The food is authentic and delicious, with many options to please the average eater. With their decent size of forgien beers and wines, it's hard to choose from.
Waitstaff was knowledgeable and considerate, willing to explain the most basic of questions.

This place was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is a little bit modern and austere, but the food is amazing. The noodles are an amazing mix of flavorful and chewy, and their broths and pork especially are delicious.
Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

EDIT: We returned in late February and loved it. Service worked out the kinks, the food was even better than before (Spicy Miso was the bomb) and it was overall a better experience. You've gotta check this place out!
The food is fantastic. Service is still working out kinks after opening just 4 days ago, but the noodles and the sake were top notch. Will be visiting again once they've had time to establish themselves further.

The service is okay but the menu selection pricing and flavor all left much to be desired. From a 9 dollar chicken nugget app that tasted more like shrimp chips to charging 1 dollar for the dipping sauce to the slim selection of noodles in broth this very small menu which is priced high for the quality would seam to work much better as a food truck. A nice space but all and all it seamed as if the entire place was missing something big.

The very first time I tried Xinji Noodle Bar, I was very pleasantly surprised with the food, atmosphere, and overall restaurant presence. I hadn't anticipated a negative experience prior to eating there, it just blew me away how full and delicious everything is. I've been back solo and in company. There may be a wait time some nights of the week, but it's worthwhile waiting!
