This was my original family church. Went for a funeral/memorial mass for my cousin.
I've been a member for 53 years. I'm always grateful to be there. With my pastor, Fr. Rodney Armstrong, I'm always learning and filled with the holy spirit.

The service is beautiful. The Pastor is humble, and great people to worship with.
In the greater 5th Ward of Houston, Texas, Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, with over 200 founding members, officially became a parish on June 30, 1930. That fall the church opened a school and the tuition back then was ten cents a week. Our Mother of Mercy continues to serve French Town and the entire 5th Ward.
Soul was renewed with the word of God
Great parochial school. Teachers and all staff were great. I interacted on a regular basis because my grandson and granddaughter attended there.
