Dr. Brown & the whole Overland Staff have been so kind, welcoming since the beginning. They took care of our senior Chihuahua until he crossed over the rainbow bridge and has recently started taking care of our German Shepherd Zeus since he was a puppy. He’s now 10 months from vet-care to grooming & daycare, wouldn’t go anywhere else! We recently move up north but we will make the drive down there. We refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff. Myself & family adore you all.
I have never been more impressed by a vet than I am with Dr. Megan Pansiera. My cat has seen her several times previously, and she is always so kind and willing to listen. Recently, I found out my male cat had bladder stones and Dr. P did everything in per power to get my cat seen, went out of her way to communicate with me during the entire process, and caught additional bladder stones that the previous emergency vet not at Overland had not caught. After my cat's surgery, Dr. P checked up on him for the following several days, and it was abundantly clear that she cares so much about animals and their well-being and recovery. Dr. P is kind, patient, caring, proactive, understanding, and so willing to explain everything step by step, regardless of how dumb your questions might be. I would recommend Overland Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet because of her kind service and willingness to help all animals.
Great customer service, welcoming and warm atmosphere and the staff is very compassionate to our pets. My puppy Wheto has some health issues but after our visit I feel comfortable he is in good hands and his way to a full recovery with Overland.
This place is great. Boarding facility is top notch. As well as the crew who runs it. Vet clinic also does very well. They took excellent care of my baby who needed two bad teeth removed as well as a skin tag. Will continue to use this business so long as I have animals.
Our first time in the office together as a new family. My dog was comfortable so I was too. The care and empathy shown after a dog bite to the ear was handled gently and professionally. All my questions were answered in addition to getting a lesson on the proper way to clean inside dog ears, along with a product recommendation..who knew?. The vibe of staff and Dr.P was positive and friendly... Cost, reasonable... hours, perfect.. my boy, happy and healing.
The ONLY place in Denver I will take my dog Penny for daycare and boarding. The staff here go above and beyond to make drop-off and pick-up comfortable and have helped me out on multiple occasions with last minute emergencies including a 2 week stay. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. I can't say enough great things about the staff and I love being able to watch the dogs on camera during their play times. I trust them fully with the care of my Penny and as any dog parent knows, that trust and comfort is priceless. Thanks Overland! :
My two bullies stay at the pet resort and love it! I always feel confident that they will have fun but more importantly, it anything happens, they are there for them with all health records and their doctor who they are familiar with. Overland and Dr Mendola have been so great with both Dolly and Dickie! Feel very lucky to have them as part of my dog’s team!
I brought my puppy in for doggy daycare twice a few months back. We were told that he would have private "room" and would be taken out to have group play time outside. After he had been for about 4 hours I was constantly checking the cameras and called to see when he would be taken out to play. The person who answered the phone assured me that he would be taken out soon. I continued to monitor the cameras and he was never taken out of his kennel to play. This is completely contradictory to what we had been told when we first starting talking to overland animal hospital about daycare. They told us that he would be taken out to play multiple times throughout the day, which did not happen. When we picked him up from daycare he had significant anxiety and appeared to be terrified of everyone and everything. I had never seen him act this way. We decided to give it one more try, and again he was not taken outside to play. He was left in his kennel/room for about 6 hours which was not developmentally appropriate for his age or his needs. Both times the employee who brought him out to our car confirmed that he did not get to go outside during his time there. I am so disappointed in this daycare program. I don't know how they treated my puppy or what they did to him. But he came out of daycare both time absolutely terrified of people. I just want to warn other dog owners to closely watch the cameras when their dogs are at Overland to ensure they are being let out of their kennels and getting outside. I'm sure we all want our pups to be adequately cared for!
